The upstream issue affecting email delivery to Hotmail and Outlook (Microsoft) recipients has been resolved. Email delivery is operating normally, and all other recipients were unaffected throughout.
We’ve isolated the problem as an upstream problem affecting only Hotmail and Outlook (Microsoft) email delivery. Email delivery to other providers remains unaffected.
We've put in place a temporary workaround to ensure emails are delivered successfully in the meantime, and we’ve alerted our contacts at Microsoft so they can investigate and apply a permanent fix.
We’re currently investigating reports of problems sending emails to Hotmail.com and Outlook.com recipients (Microsoft email services). We’ll provide updates as more information becomes available.
