DNS DDOS Attack

We're aware of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack on our DNS services.

This may be affecting access to websites and emails causing temporary drops.

We have added counter measures in place against the attack and we are continuing to watch and monitor the situation.

Service has remained stable with no further issues. We now consider this incident resolved. If you are experiencing additional issues, please open a Support ticket for help.

We have resolved the issue and websites and email are back online. We'll continue to closely monitor all services over the next 2 hours.
